We operate from our home office (basement setup), so sending files ahead lets us have everything ready for you.
File guidelines (for best results)
- Format: JPG, PNG, or PDF
- Color: sRGB preferred
- Resolution: 300 DPI at print size (e.g., a 2400×3000 px image for an 8″×10″)
- Cropping: Borderless prints may crop slightly—tell us if you prefer a small white border.
